    What identification is required?

    Guests must bring a valid ID, such as a passport or government-issued identification, for verification during the tour.

    When should I arrive?

    Please arrive at the Al Habtoor Palace Bus Stop at least 15 minutes before the departure time.

    How are seats allocated?

    Seating is managed by Bustronomy and may be shared with other guests, especially during high-demand tours.

    Are children allowed?

    Yes. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Children under 5 years can travel free with one adult (1 adult:1 child), as long as they do not occupy a paid seat.

    Can I drink alcohol on board?

    No. Alcohol consumption is not allowed on the bus.

    What safety guidelines should I follow?

    Bustronomy follows all necessary safety precautions. Guests should be careful while moving, especially on staircases inside the bus.

    Is there a refund if I miss the tour or use only part of it?

    No refunds are provided for partly used services. If you miss the departure time, the service provider may charge a 100% no-show fee.
