    Are transfers included in the booking?

    Transfers are available if selected at the time of booking. Shared transfers operate from centrally located areas such as Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed Road, and Marina. Pick-up from other areas can be arranged upon request for an additional charge.

    What should I wear for the camel ride?

    We recommend wearing comfortable, long pants and closed-toe shoes to avoid any saddle discomfort.

    Is sun protection necessary?

    Yes. As camel riding often takes place in open desert areas, it’s important to bring sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat.

    Can I eat or drink in the vehicle during the transfer?

    No. Eating, drinking, and smoking are not allowed inside the transfer vehicle in accordance with the terms and conditions.
