    The tour begins at the ticketing lounge of Inside Burj Al Arab (at Jumeirah Beach Hotel). Hop on to a buggy that sets you off to the hotel via the bridge road that connects the main road to the private island (where the hotel is majestically placed). There will be quick stops along the way which allows you to return with some amazing photos against this marvelous structure. 
     
    First-Hand Look at the Hotel’s Out of the World Wonders 
    Upon your arrival at the hotel, you will be greeted in a traditional way by your Emirati host with rose water and hand towels. You will get to know about the never-before-heard interesting stories of this structure, including the insightful vision of Dubai’s ruler, which led to the making of this internationally renowned hotel two decades ago. You will be next escorted to the colorful lobby and then the tallest-of-its-kind cavernous atrium, featuring stunning water elements enriched by a burst of pleasing colors. 
     
    Explore the Crown Jewel of Burj Al Arab 
    Following a panoramic glass elevator ride to the 25th floor, be ready to be blown away as the doors of the imposing Royal Suite are opened for you. It is a true residential masterpiece where each of its rooms, bathrooms, amenities etc is designed down to immaculate detail with the priciest and finest materials. Feel the pinnacle of opulence as you see ‘his’ and ‘hers’ suites, sit on the master bedroom’s rotating bed, and step into the bath area with rich marble tubs and 24-carat gold tiles.

    Where does the tour start, and when should I arrive?

    The tour begins at Jumeirah Beach Hotel – IBAA Ticketing Lounge. Guests are advised to arrive 15 minutes before the experience starts. Doors open at 9:30 AM.

    Is photography allowed during the tour?

    Photography is not allowed in the main Atrium and on the first floor of the Burj Al Arab.

    Can children participate in the tour alone?

    No, children aged 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult aged 21 or older.

    Are there tickets for young children?

    Yes, children aged 0 to 3 years are free and will receive a complimentary ticket from the Jumeirah Beach Hotel Ticketing Lounge. Proof of age may be required.

    Are transfers included in the tour?

    Yes, shared transfers are provided from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai city areas such as Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed Road, and Marina.

    What is the dress code for the tour?

    Guests are required to wear respectable attire. The following are not allowed: Shorts T-shirts Flip-flops Open shoes Running, gym, tennis, or basketball shoes

    Can I eat, drink, or smoke in the transfer vehicle?
