A valid ID or passport must be carried on the day of the flight. Guests without valid ID will not be permitted to fly.
Yes. You must complete and submit the waiver form online at least 24 hours before the flight. Upload a passport image (image format only).
Yes, a valid WhatsApp number is mandatory to coordinate pick-up times and tour updates.
No shared transfers from: Palm Jebel Ali, Expo, Dubai Investment Park, Al Maktoum Airport, Sharjah, and other emirates. Pick-up and drop-off times may vary by 30–60 minutes depending on traffic and location. Be ready at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pick-up to avoid cancellation.
Children under 5 and adults over 65 are not allowed to fly. Max weight: 119 kg. Guests exceeding this require pilot approval and may incur extra charges.
Not suitable for: pregnant women, people with heart issues, serious knee or back problems, recent surgeries (last 6 months), or a fear of heights. Participants must be able to climb in/out of the basket and brace properly for landing.
Unfortunately, guests with physical, emotional, or mental disabilities are not allowed to participate.
Wear casual and comfortable clothing. Avoid high heels. Wear boots or comfy shoes instead.
Heavy luggage is not allowed. Anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited from flying.
100% no-show fee applies if you cancel last minute. No alternate tour or refund will be provided.
Balloon flights are weather-dependent. The pilot has full authority to cancel the flight for safety reasons. In case of cancellation, guests may reschedule or receive a full refund.
