    Are children allowed on the Premium Desert Safari?

    Yes, children under 16 years can participate in the desert safari. However, they do not have access to Shisha or dune buggy activities.

    Can infants join the safari?

    Infants are not allowed for dune bashing. They must be accompanied by a guardian at all times during the tour.

    Where is pickup available from?

    Shared transfers are provided only from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai City, including: Deira Bur Dubai Sheikh Zayed Road Dubai Marina

    What if I am staying far from the standard pickup locations?

    If your location is outside the standard pickup zones, our operations team will contact you to suggest a standard meeting point.

    Are there any health restrictions for this activity?

    Yes. The tour is not recommended for pregnant women or individuals suffering from backache.

    Can I bring luggage with me?

    No heavy luggage is allowed on this activity for safety and comfort reasons.

    Is there a refund for unused services during the safari?
