This specifically designed experience pairs a Sunset Cruise onboard our flagship Zambezi Explorer ‘Signature Deck’ with an unmatched al fresco dinner at The Eatery at our Pure Africa Waterfront.

 The ‘Signature Deck’ on the vessel’s uppermost level is pure extravagance, with gourmet hors d’oeuvres and premium beverages served by a dedicated mixologist as you cruise the waterways on your Sunset Cruise. On return to the Pure Africa Waterfront gather around the fire-pit before following the lanterns to your table for dinner. The Eatery focuses on the quality of the ingredients; freshly baked bread, homemade pasta, Zimbabwe beef prepared to perfection. As you dine, listen out for grunting hippos and the distant call of the fiery-necked nightjar. The Eatery Dinner & Cruise (Signature Deck) is a shared experience.
