    What are the tour operation hours?

    The Wonder Bus operates daily between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Please check the official attraction website on the day of your visit for any updates on timings.

    Are transfers available for all locations in Dubai?

    Shared transfers are only available from centrally located hotels and residences within: Deira Bur Dubai Sheikh Zayed Road Marina

    How is seating managed on the bus?

    Seating is first-come, first-serve based on availability. VIP Seats (for adults and children) include the first 8 seats on the front right and left sides of the bus.

    What happens if I miss the tour or arrive late?

    There will be no refund for partially used services. If you do not show up at the start time stated in your itinerary, the service provider may apply a 100% no-show charge.

    Can weather or technical issues affect the tour?

    Yes. The service provider is not responsible if parts of the attraction are non-operational due to technical reasons or weather conditions.

    Are food and drinks allowed on the vehicle?
